Jenny Filipetti, the founder of CHROMAKAIROS, has been building in both digital and physical worlds since the modem years. Her expertise at the intersection of wayfinding design and technology has seen her design and consult on creative technology projects throughout the US and Italy, including overseeing the design and direction of creative technology learning spaces for the Auraria Library, working on interactive activations for Ray-Ban and the Immersive Design Summit, leading human-centered design partnerships at the University of Colorado Inworks innovation initiative, supporting exhibition design strategy at Palazzo Morando, New York’s School for Visual Arts, and the Denver Art Museum, and curating technology content for millions of international readers at designboom.

She founded CHROMAKAIROS in 2023, applying these insights to the creation of artisan objects that open digital worlds—reinjecting some of the wonder of the early internet into novel digital experiences. The studio has developed custom commemorative objects for fashion brands, cultural institutions, and arts organizations. The studio is based in Milan, working with a trusted network of local artisans, production partners, and creative collaborators.
