Commemorative medallions

Limited edition collectibles bridge material culture + digital storytelling

CHROMAKAIROS is producing a series of collectible medallions, each featuring imagery from a significant moment in the history of US foreign policy, as part of the forthcoming AMERICA AT 250 initiative by a Washington, DC-based research and advocacy group.

When tapped with a smartphone, each medallion opens directly to its corresponding historical moment in a digital exhibition, where visitors explore what happened, why it mattered then, and how it resonates today.

The series builds community around the shared history presented, while doubling as a fundraising mechanism to support the organization’s work.
